Facilitation Services
As a facilitator, my work is primarily focused on:
- designing processes for large groups change initiatives and
- supporting effectiveness with small groups within organizations such as “leadership” “work” or “administrative” teams.
In working with groups, my “special sauce” is a breath of knowledge and creativity in the design process. Trained and skilled in the use of a plethora of methods, techniques, and tools, I customize the process design for any group around its specialized needs and objectives.
Some of my favorite process designs combine multiple methods. The result for organizations, communities and participants is dynamic, exciting, and interesting, while remaining effective for moving a group forward toward their goals.
